Created a plan that included different forms and styles of communication that a Project Manager should use for a case study about - Contact Center Relocation. Assesed significant challenges involved in managing project scope, risk, quality, schedule, budget, and performance metrics, while effectively communicating with different project stakeholders. Even plotted heat maps and identified the stakeholders along with their bifurcation in sleeping and active stakeholders. Integrated best practices, tools and techniques to identify and mitigate communication barriers and create a status reports evidencing the ability to communicate via various mediums to technical and non-technical audiences.
