We covered the most imporatant aspect of a rganization that makes is not the best ranked but the best valued companies for years together - "Ethics". During our coursework we were given 2 projects - One was to choose an ethical issue as a case study and investigate the problem and come up with remedies for which I picked up the Johnson & Johnson's baby powder issue. The second report was to conduct an Ethical Assessment among a choice of companies and I picked to elaborate on TATA Group and why it has been serving as one of the best and ethical companies to work for and what are the practices that a highly ethical organization follows.
